I wish to make my classes available to everyone and appreciate that your income may have been drastically reduced or even lost. So please get in touch to explain your situation so we can find a way that opens up my classes to you.
Karan teaches using her knowledge of yoga therapy, ayurveda and meditation helping to re-balance the body-mind-emotions.
This weekly class will help to keep your body supple, strong and healthy. Karan teaches a mindful style of yoga at a pace that allows for safe alignment, exploration of movement and invites a deeper sense of awareness. The class includes free-flowing movements, postures and sequences and mindful somatic movements. You will be guided through a deep relaxation (20 minutes) at the end of the class to leave feeling refreshed.
Online classes occuring at fixed times via zoom or watch the lrecording in your own time.
Class pass is valid for 8 weeks.
Includes: six online group yoga classes.
Excludes: masterclasses, talks and workshops.
