Chair-Based Yoga

These classes are designed for people living with arthritis and other conditions that cause restricted mobility.

Karan Walsh, Yoga Therapist, will guide you through gentle exercises to help improve mobility and gain muscle strength to support joints. Helping you to self-manage your condition and everyday tasks.  Every individual will be able to work at their own pace and within their range of comfort. There will be exercises and yoga movements both seated and standing using the support of the chair.

Karan’s approach also includes breath work, meditation and relaxation helping to self-manage stress and anxiety often associated with everyday physical challenges.

Venue: Holy Apostles Church Hall London Road. GL52 6HW

Dates: Monday 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Requirement: You will be asked to complete a short health form before attending your first class.
