My style of teaching is gentle, yet potent, bringing strength, flexibility and agility into the body and the mind. The flowing breath and movement sequences will help to release tension from the body, focused breathing practices to calm a busy mind and guided relaxations to deeply rest the body.

You will learn to move with confidence, how to effectively manage stress and increase your energy levels - bringing the restorative and therapeutic benefits of yoga to your health and well-being.
My yoga classes are suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness as postures and sequences can be tailored to suit individual ability. Within a group everyone progresses at their own pace, allowing the body to move freely and safely with awareness.
