1:2:1 Yoga Therapy
Focusing on the whole person, the mind, the body and the emotions yoga therapy addresses and aims to alleviate chronic health challenges such as; mild depression, anxiety, arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), stress, digestive issues (IBS, IBD), headaches and insomnia.
Yoga therapy holistically combines movement, restorative postures, breath work, sound, visualisation, relaxation and meditation. Working together we will create a personalised yoga therapy lifestyle programme tailored to your needs and health challenges.
Unlike a regular yoga class, yoga therapy is client lead, taking place in one-hour sessions over a period of usually 4 – 6 weeks. Working with the therapist each session is based on what the client feels is most important at that time. The client is then shown 2 or 3 easy to learn techniques to practise at home.
Once the programme is complete you will have the tools to continue on your own to self-manage your health and wellbeing. Even 10 minutes a day will make a difference, it's about the accumulative effects of the practice.
Initial Assessment
1hr 30 min | £75.00 in person
Before we meet you will be asked to complete a client form, which includes questions about your general health and medical history. When we meet we will talk about your health, lifestyle and goals. With your consent you may receive assessments on your body posture, alignment, range of movement, breathing and body's energy flow.

Follow up Sessions
1hr | £60.00 in person
We will continue to work together, meeting either weekly or bi-weekly, to talk about how your practice is going, to monitor progress, review and make any changes, if necessary. Offering support and lifestyle tips along the way. All the time working together to create a personalised yoga therapy lifestyle programme to support your needs and ability.
