Meditation Made Easy for 2019
This gentle lesson includes flowing movement, relaxation and a short meditation.
Connect with your intuition and gain clarity for the year that lies ahead.
RELAX the body, be STILL and FOCUS the mind.
We can experience insight when we are relaxed but alert. The body becomes still and the constant undulations of our thoughts begin to slow down.
We begin with gentle movement, so please wear stretchy clothing, it's more comfortable for meditation too! Bring a yoga mat and a lightweight blanket or shawl for the guided relaxation. About 20 minutes is spent seated in chairs, or bring your own meditation cushion, to explore yogic breathing and meditation.
These classes are suitable for beginners or those seeking inspiration for their personal practise.
