I wish to make my classes available to everyone and appreciate that your income may have been drastically reduced or even lost. So please get in touch to explain your situation so we can find a way that opens up my classes to you.
Valid on online yoga classes occuring at fixed times/days each week.
Excludes: masterclasses, talks and workshops.
Karan teaches yoga, meditation and relaxation to help boost immunity, re-balance emotions - and relieve stress and anxiety!
Dru Yoga Classes
Simple activations to warm muscles; a flowing breath and movement sequence to release tension - body and mind, pranayama to promote better breathing and a guided deep relaxation. In each lesson, we focus on one or two asanas (postures) allowing for safe alignment, exploration of movement with breath and a deeper sense of awarness. Each class finishes with a guided deep relaxation (20 minutes).
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 10.00am, 75 minutes
Alternatively attend as many classes as you like on the One Month Class Pass
