About The Event
This walk is being held in a secluded area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) in the Cotswolds and will appeal to lovers of yoga and nature.
The day includes walking through woodland and across countryside with like-minded people. On our walk we will practise some gentle yoga postures and sequences in nature. Bring a picnic lunch to have by the lakeside on our walk which finishes back at the Miserden Nursery Garden Cafe. No previous experience yoga is necessary. Read more below about the walk and yoga.

This circular walk (4.5 miles - 2.5 hours continuous walking) gently rises through woodland, into open fields, along level footpaths and some country lanes, taking in views across countryside. After our lunch at the lakeside; the walk then ascends from the valley across meadows and pastures and back to Miserden. Finishing at the Nursery Garden Cafe around 3pm. Expect to cross over some styles on the walk. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
There are no facilities on the walk, just what nature provides, so please respect our environment and take your litter home.
