Dru yoga is a gentle, yet potent, style of yoga using sequences and postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises. Suitable for all levels of ability, as postures and sequences can be tailored to suit individual ability. If you have any health concerns and would to chat before we meet then please contact me
This circular walk (4.5 miles - 2.5 hours continuous walking) gently rises through woodland, into open fields, along level footpaths and some country lanes, taking in views across countryside. After our lunch at the lakeside; the walk then ascends from the valley across meadows and pastures and back to Miserden. Finishing at the Nursery Garden Cafe around 3pm. Expect to cross over some styles on the walk. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
There are no facilities on the walk, just what nature provides, so please respect our environment and take your litter home.
