About The Event

I wish to make my classes available to everyone and appreciate that your income may have been drastically reduced or even lost. So please get in touch to explain your situation so we can find a way that opens up my classes to you.

Karan teaches yoga, meditation and relaxation to help ground, boost your immune system and relieve stress and anxiety!

Attend as many live online group classes as you like in one month. For more information about the classes and a timetable see below. 

Monthly Pass

Your class pass will commence on the day you attend your first class and run for one calendar month. Once the pass has started the recurring pass renewals will be on the same day of each calendar month ie. starting on the 10th May then renewing on 10th June, 10th July and so on.

Valid for online groups classes occuring at fixed times/days - see class timetable below.

Excludes: masterclasses, talks and workshops.


If you are new to my classes and would like to register as a student then please give me a call or we can chat over Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype.  07587 042044 You will also be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before attending your first class. You can read my safety policy.


Dru Yoga

Tuesday, Thursday - 10.00am, 75 minutes 

Simple activations to warm muscles; a flowing breath and movement sequence to release tension - body and mind, pranayama to promote better breathing and a guided deep relaxation. In each lesson, we focus on one or two asanas (postures) allowing for safe alignment, exploration of movement with breath and a deeper sense of body awareness. Each class finishes with a guided deep relaxation (20 minutes). 


Wednesday 5pm, 45 minutes

Easy-to-learn concentration and relaxation exercises; using breath awareness, body scanning and visualisation techniques to help focus and calm the mind and relax the body. This lesson includes some gentle movement and stretching to release tension in the body. 

 Health benefits of meditation: 

  • Increases serotonin production that improves mood 
  • Lowers high blood pressure and cholesterol levels 
  • Strengthens the immune system and improves sleep 
  • Reduces levels of stress and anxiety 
  • Increases production of anti-ageing hormones DHEA

Relaxation & Meditation

Sunday 8pm, 45 minutes 

A guided relaxation to deeply rest and restore equilibrium for a better night's sleep! This session will finish with a hand mudra in a quiet seated meditation. A mudra is a hand gesture where the fingers are placed in a certain way to create inner balance and harmony.
