Postponed - Yoga in Nature - 6th Annual Event at Postlip Hall

This yoga in nature day-retreat is being held in a secluded location in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) in the Cotswolds and will appeal to lovers of yoga and nature. 

A place for you to get away from everyday responsibilities; to retreat and give back to yourself. To practise yoga in nature is both invigorating and awakening - you will find mindful movement and yoga sequences to rebalance, ground and recharge. And meditation, both walking and seated, to calm and clear our busy minds.

The private grounds at Postlip Hall offer a peaceful and secluded setting for our morning.
