Postponed - Yoga in Nature - 6th Annual Event at Postlip Hall
Time & Location
About The Event
Unfortunately due the high winds expected on Saturday we have decided for your safety to postpone this event. We hope to reschedule another date soon. Please see other upcoming events on the booking page.
This yoga in nature day-retreat is being held in a secluded location in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) in the Cotswolds and will appeal to lovers of yoga and nature.
A place for you to get away from everyday responsibilities; to retreat and give back to yourself. To practise yoga in nature is both invigorating and awakening - you will find mindful movement and yoga sequences to rebalance, ground and recharge. And meditation, both walking and seated, to calm and clear our busy minds.
The private grounds at Postlip Hall offer a peaceful and secluded setting for our morning.
The morning includes two sessions of 1.5 hours, activations to loosen tight muscles; easy-to-learn movement and posture sequences to release tension, reduce stress and increase energy levels. Guided relaxation, walking and seated meditations and time for contemplation. Bring a vegetarian dish to share and after lunch if you wish to stay there is an optional walk on Cleeve Common.
Includes a light refreshment break mid-morning.
