About The Event
Essentially, there are 3 parts to this lesson; movement, relaxation and meditation. Arrive in stretchy clothing with a yoga mat, if you have one, to do some gentle movement. Bring a lightweight blanket or shawl for the guided relaxation. About 30 minutes is spent seated, choose a cushion or a chair, to explore yogic breathing and meditation. These classes are suitable for beginners or those seeking inspiration for their personal practice.
Bring a yoga mat and lightweight blanket/shawl for the relaxation. You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion or stool, if you have one, or sit on chair. You will be able to borrow a yoga mat and cushion from the centre.
