A restorative session to deeply rest the mind-body and restore equilibrium for a better night's sleep!
This session will finish with a hand mudra in a quiet seated meditation. A mudra is a hand gesture where the fingers are placed in a certain way to create inner balance and harmony.
You will a yoga mat, a yoga bolster or pillows, a blanket, an eye pillow if you have one. You may like to use cushions to place under your head or behind your knees to support your lower back. Wear comfy clothing and warm socks.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Classes are every Sunday at 8.00pm, 45 minutes session. You can prebooked as many classes as you like, either purchase individual lessons £6- or 4 lessons for £20- to be taken over 6 weeks.
