About The Event

A guided relaxation to deeply rest and restore equilibrium for a better night's sleep! This session will finish with a hand mudra in a quiet seated meditation. A mudra is a hand gesture where the fingers are placed in a certain way to create inner balance and harmony.

Only open to existing students who have already completed a health questionnaire. This however may change in the future.

You will need a Laptop, Ipad or similar. Your yoga mat, a blanket, eye pillow if you have one. You may like to use a cushion placed under your head or behind your knees. Wear comfy clothing and warm socks.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. 

This class is included in the 'One month Pass' or can be taken as one lesson on the '6 lesson Flexi Pass' (please check website booking page for full pass details).
