This restorative session focuses on bringing ease to the mind and body. Discover how therapeutic yoga and relaxation can reset the body's stress response allowing the mind-body to rest, rejuvenate and rebalance. We begin with gentle movement lying on your yoga mat before moving into supported relaxation postures using bolsters and cushions. There will be elements during the lesson when we will practise yogic breathing and meditation, sometimes using hand mudras, either seated on cushions or chairs. To find out more.
I will supply the yoga bolsters, yoga bricks/blocks and blankets. Please a small cushion, an extra blanket and wear stretchy clothing. If you have a yoga mat then please bring this with you, otherwise you can borrow one from the centre.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
