About the event
A woodland walk of mindfulness, gentle yoga and meditation in the calming surroundings of this beautiful beechwood nature reserve.
A slower paced guided walk to immerse yourself into this wooded area; to awaken your senses and experience the pleasures of the sights, sounds and aromas of our natural environment. Gentle yoga to feel into your body; seated meditation to breathe deeply; then to sit in silence and just be with the natural world.
Research shows that spending time in a wooded area is a natural way to heal ourselves; boosting our immune systems, lowering blood pressure and reducing stress levels.
Is this for me?
A woodland walk which combines mindfulness, yoga and meditation. No previous yoga experience is required. This walk meanders slowly along a woodland path, there is a gentle ascent so a reasonable level of fitness it required. Our yoga practise will be standing and practiced in shoes,…
