About the event
An active yoga class with gentle warm-ups, easy-to-learn movement sequences to release tension, increase energy levels and maintain a strong healthy back. Yoga postures to stretch and tone the whole body. All lessons finish with a guided relaxation (15 minutes), so bring a lightweight blanket or shawl. Wear stretchy clothing and if you need to borrow a yoga mat then please let me know in advance. Suitable for beginners, all levels of fitness or those looking to relieve lower back pain.
