A flowing class with gentle warm-ups, easy-to-learn movement sequences to release tension, increase energy levels and maintain a strong healthy back. Yoga postures to stretch and tone the whole body. All lessons finish with a guided relaxation (15 minutes).
Wear stretchy clothing and bring a lightweight blanket or shawl for the relaxation. If you need to borrow a yoga mat then please let me know in advance. Read more
