About The Event
A flowing yoga class with activations to loosen tight muscles; easy-to-learn movement and posture sequences to release tension, maintaining a strong healthy back and increasing energy levels. These classes aim to stretch, tone and strengthen the whole body and finish with a guided relaxation (15 minutes) to deeply rest the body and calm the mind.
Suitable for beginners, all levels of fitness and those looking to relieve lower back pain.
Please note this lesson is being covered by another Dru yoga teacher.
Wear stretchy clothing and bring a lightweight blanket or shawl for the relaxation. If you need to borrow a yoga mat then please let me know in advance. Read more
