This workshop introduces you to digestive fire, known as ‘agni’ in Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest health systems. We will delve into the nutritional values of foods, the choices we make and how this serves our ‘friendly bacteria’. Learn how to rebalance your body through specific yoga postures, relaxation techniques and positive lifestyle choices.
