My teaching follows the yogic way of stilling the body and quietening the mind. I will share with you easy-to-learn techniques like breath awareness, body scanning and visualisation. These guided practices help focus and calm the mind and rest the body.
My lessons begin with gentle movement to ease away tension, ground and rebalance. Then a guided relaxation, lying on your mat, so you are rested but alert before coming to sit. The aim of my lessons is to give you yogic practices which you can bring into your life and start to feel positive benefits to your wellbeing.
