This gentle lesson includes flowing movement, relaxation and a short meditation to gain clarity for the year ahead.
We begin with gentle movement, so please wear stretchy clothing, it's more comfortable for meditation too! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise you can borrow one, and a lightweight blanket or shawl for the guided relaxation. About 30 minutes is spent seated, choose a cushion or a chair, to explore yogic breathing and meditation.
These classes are suitable for beginners or those seeking inspiration for their personal practice.
