About the event
Essentially, there are 3 parts to this lesson; movement, relaxation and meditation. We begin with gentle movement, so wear stretchy clothing, it's more comfortable for meditation too! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise you can borrow one, and a lightweight blanket or shawl for the guided relaxation. About 30 minutes is spent seated, choose a cushion or a chair, to explore yogic breathing and meditation. These classes are suitable for beginners or those seeking inspiration for their personal practice.
